Pre-Valentine Celebration

We had a great day yesterday.  G's teacher was giving her rave reviews regarding her behavior at school (she even got a box of candy to bring home!), she was polite and respectful (yes pleases and no thank yous), and helpful when Nina was in distress.  Nina had been clean and dry the previous day (the *entire* day!) and had only one diaper change yesterday.  She was all about being polite and saying ma'am, too. 

To celebrate, we had a pink lemonade party after naptime: china tea cups and saucers with pink lemonade, heart-shaped toast with strawberry cream cheese spread outlined with craisins.  After that, I got out some stamping supplies, and we transformed a butter tub into a treasure container (pic of that later).  The girls played princess fairies most of the afternoon, and we had homemade Valentine pizza for supper, followed by the girls' first ever experience of popcorn.  A good time was had by all.  (Good choices brings fun times!)
